contracted to pay the balance in 3 or 4 stages during the build process.

the build schedule and are controlled under strict contractual
arrangements. Bank transfers, currency transfers, property tax
payments, solicitor fees, court fees are all administered for you and with
you via our UK office.

You will be able to visit Bulgaria and see your property at any point
during the build programme to decide on fixtures and fittings.

Once the building is completed you will need to visit Bulgaria to
carry out the final inspection and take over possession of your
property.
